DAY 5

Iza: hello i am a very happy person today. i slept in cause i didnt have school, watched a movie, and made a smoothie. the smoothie is amazing it contains.....

3 bananas
1 strawberry
1 cup almond vanilla soy milk
lots of ice
as many blueberries your heart desires
1/2 cup regular silk soy milk

PS. i izabella created this smoothie from scratch so like if its in any fancy smoothie book i have never seen it written down, or said. so you cant sue me for making this smoothie and claiming it IZABELLA'S PROPERTY. but if you read this blog you are allowed to use this recipe.

  1. smoothies are great for breakfast or dinner! Light, refreshing, and energizing!
    If you add spinach to them you can't even taste it but it is still delish! also check out some superfood poweders at whole foods co op...some of my favorites are gogi berries, brazil nut protein powder, green dancing star (lots of ground up green veggies) and maca powder (great for athletes) lucuma takes great like maple syrup with lots of health benefits...they make an awesome boost! oh and dont forget the chia and flax seeds! coconut milk is also a wonderful substitue for dairy!
